Evaluation

What do you evaluate? I thought of this word and then my mind raced. (It often does that) Then my thought. IS THERE ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD THAT WE DO NOT EVALUATE? This started with a work observation that is written in an evaluation and then discussed. When the observed gets his/her evaluation does he/she agree with the evaluator? Wait! The chef that puts a recipe together, prepares it, presents it, does the intended of the chef's masterpiece evaluate said dish in the same way as the chef? What do we evaluate? We evaluate songs, movies, books, scripture, clothes, weather, people, family, employers, employees, jewelry, hair, anything and everything that someone else has. Need I say more? We ultimately evaluate everything! Ah, but do we evaluate ourselves? And in doing so, do we like what our observation has concluded. Will the evaluation bring us up, or let us down, or make us rise up and conclude that intervention of some type is needed. If you were to evaluate yourself what would you see? And would you like it? Hmm, Evaluation...
